WTS Rocnel Sailor #111
I am offering for sale my Rocnel Sailor with serial number 111. This is an amazing razor but because it is so blade forward for me, it’s not one I reach for on a daily basis. I hate to see a $450 razor just “sitting” there all sad and stuff!
This is in the same condition I received it and is about as perfect as a new one would be. Pre-sales were raised from $450 to $489 and those are all sold out too.
I am asking $445 shipped for this. No trades please..........unless you have something really interesting or rare!

WTS: New Rex Envoy DE Razor and Stand
Long story short, I snagged a used Rex Envoy on the secondary while waiting for my pre-order fulfillment directly from Razor Emporium. The pre-order finally arrived yesterday but I don’t need both razors. I’m letting the unused one go at a slight discount. Comes with the matching razor stand. Retail for razor and stand is $175, asking $150 shipped (net to me). If you're only interested in the razor without the stand, let me know.

Very Interesting Raw Shaving Brushes
I recently obtained two of these beautiful Raw Shaving stainless steel brush handles and had no idea that they are different. I thought both of the screw out ferrules for the brushes were identical and had a very shallow knot hole. That was the case on the first one and I ordered my usual chubby SHD knot from Oumo that I use for shallow mounting knot holes. When I went to mount it the other day, I pulled both handles out and unscrewed the ferrule from each one to decide which one I was going to use. Well, low and behold, the second one that I obtained has a deeper ferrule with threading deeper in the handle. For me, that is awesome because now I can send that one off to Srdjan in Australia to put in one of his hand tied knots. Anyone else out there have any of these and notice this?![[Image: b054d160f33363c5b3cd6c09dd302d90.jpg]]()

New Haircut & Shave P076 OC and SB 17-4 SS Razor Passaround
Soliciting enquiries from those interested in joining the passaround.
To those unfamiliar with my predispositions, previous passarounds and policies, shall address them in one post out of respect for TSN members. Updates will be edited into this post to maintain a minimal profile.
Personality and predispositions:
Simple country poor here: informal, uneducated and without formalities. Some may be unintentionally offended by my failure to communicate eloquently and clearly for which I apologize in advance. It takes some provocation to raise my ire; we all would prefer it to rise to the level of righteous indignation and am no exception to the self deception of mankind. One hard line possessed though is taking advantage of others - in this case the company offering the product and fellow fora members awaiting their turn to trial the product. Specifically, well and truly would expect trialers to give a true, fair, accurate AND kind assessment of the product. Using this passaround as a platform to disparage the manufacturer - typically a small businessman placing their time, talent and fortune on the line - is not just churlish, illadvised, boorish and bad form but hurts us all by creating a chilling effect on all future entrepreneurs. It should not bear mention but being of the country shall state it plainly: Read what you write before posting and reflect would you want this stated publicly of you under the circumstance. Similarly, be kind to each other, there have been some less than admirable exchanges amongst us lately which are inexcusable whether shaving or political - we can debate things civilly and, damn it, expect this as table stakes to being human.
Previous Passarounds:
Have been advised prior to ever conducting a passaround that there needed be safeguards to prevent trialers simply absconding with product. Some suggested onerous tenure and posting requirements, recommendations, prior passaround experience, credit card detail submissions, geographical restrictions, deposits&c&c&c. Possessing a weakness for egalite et fraternite, desire everybody have access to the fruits of these fora and life in general. But opportunity comes with responsibility; please let us commit to NOT being the example of why heavy restrictions are necessary for future passarounds - reasonably trial, assess, post to the next person in line and follow thru with an assessment others would want to read whilst conveying information adding benefit to those undecided regarding purchase. IF there are extenuating circumstances arising - life IS full of contingencies after all - please proactively reach out; I am your advocate, not your enemy. Hitherto, the passarounds have gone swimmingly; let us resolve to make this one even better!
Policies:
There is a lot of information required aforefront: this is as much for your benefit as our protection. We need to know where the razor is at any given time and that the people slotted for receipt are serious about abiding by the rules established. Under NO circumstances is the information shared with ANYBODY - not even the manufacturer. We ask that the razor be shipped USPS priority and insured for above MSRP to assure that if lost or damaged, that it can be verified perfidy was not the cause and we can go back to the manufacturer, money in hand, to purchase another to continue the passaround. It is the strongest wish the insurance will never need be collected but it is a backstop just in case and incentive for all to conduct their affairs with integrity (were the claim made, excess would be donated to charitable cause). Finally we require trialers to post in 2 popular fora (DamnFineShave and TheShaveNook) that operate under reasonable criteria so as to maximize the exposure for the manufacturer and benefit the widest shaving audience. The reviews will be compiled in what are hoped to be unique standalone mirror threads in the two fora initiated to solely cover the passaround reviews for posterity and ease of access.
Hopefully this answers some of the enquiries received and dissonance amongst those considering joining the passaround. Pardon my inelegant use of the language and feel free to request clarifications which shall be addressed in edits to this post (members know full well how often authored posts are edited reflecting the lack of expository writing skill).

Another Top 10 List!
Gents,
Lately I have been assessing where I am at with my favorite shave soaps and creams, so I figured it would be fun to do another top 10 list!
My top six favorite shave soap/cream brands in order are:
1. Sebum Gold
2. Eufros
3. Santa Maria Novella
4. Martin De Candre
5. Long Rifle Soap Company
6. Nuavia
Rounding out the top 10 (not in order) would be:
7. Old Spice
8. Ralph Lauren Safari
9. I Coloniali Mango
10. Haslinger (Tallow)
Soaps 7-10 unfortunately have all been discontinued.
The performance on all of these soaps and creams is absolutely wonderful, and I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them!
Honorable mentions would have to go to following soapers/bases: Stirling Soap Company, Declaration Grooming MilkSteak, Zingari Sego, and Wholly Kaw Siero. These soaps have some fantastic performance as well!
Side Note: the best smelling soap that I have ever smelled was the Soap Commander Limited Edition Rose. The fragrance is 100% that of a freshly cut rose.
I am glad that soap lasts a really long time!

WTS PILS 101NE razor $185 shipped
This is practically new with one shave on it. Picked it up in a trade and have always wanted to try one. Beautiful razor and an exceptionally smooth but very mild shave. I have an AS-D2 that I enjoy using so this one would get little to no use, or not enough to justify keeping it.
Absolutely no rust anywhere on this razor. These sell for around $275 retail.
I am asking $185 shipped for this.
