For sale:

A very rare set, they don't often come up... Gillette Aristocrat #66 "Coronation set" this is the aluminum version weighing a mere 36g.

The razor itself is mint apart from one small spot of corrosion (circled with red ring for clarity) the TTO knob is smooth and firm, doors open evenly, blade gap is perfect. Included is the original case bearing St Edward's Crown which is in very good condition for age, some minor blemishing to internal fabric but no physical damage. Also included is the original Gillette Blue blade dispenser (which is full) complete with metal cover.

Amazingly, this beautiful set also comes with the original purchase receipt dated 1953.

Ancient Ocean Jasper Stone

Has anyone tried this stone? It's sold by a website called Wild Whetstones and I've seen the guy promote them on Facebook. He claims that his one stone can do everything from bevel set up to finishing in the neighborhood of 30k depending on how coarsely it is finished. They come with a somewhat hefty price tag too with a 8x3x1 bench size stone costing about $225. Any thoughts on this rock?

The Defender Razor, from rolling razor inc. purports to have solved all those niggling issues that other cartridges have. They do this by placing each of their three blades farther apart, allowing each blade to flex independently, an extremely thin profile, and four (!) glide strips. Of course, their blades are engineered to last longer than the competition.

    If I wanted to create my own custom and personalized men's fragrances like aftershaves and colognes at home in a home-brew, do-it-yourself manner, how would I go about doing it? Would it be possible to use essential oils? If so, what else would I mix with them? Any help is appreciated.
