Hi lads, Geordie Sam here,
I was in my local Garden Centre/DIY store a few weeks ago looking at an antique ornamental garden sundial,when this young lad said to me,"hey mister,do you know what this is"? when I explained to him that the sun shines down on it and casts a shadow and you can tell the time of day by looking at that shadow, the lad looked at me,then back at the dial,and then said "well, what WILL they think of next."
