ATT razor 7-set - two version, OC & CC/SB

I now see ATT have two 7-piece sets for sale.
One with open comb, the other with Solid Bar/Closec comb.

But I never knew they made 3 verson of the open comb head

Is this something new or have I been sleeping lately and missed some important upgrades from ATT
