can I just say(imho) I think the ending to Angels With Dirty Faces is THE BEST of all time,simply because it can NEVER be resolved one way or the other.Did "Rocky" go to the gas chamber "faking" his cowardice, like he was asked,or did he really "BOTTLE IT" and crumble.We will never know.
I for one think he was doing it for the good of the "lads".
