Incompetent Service Dept @ Dealer

Back story
I negotiated the installation and cost of an OEM wing spoiler for my car in the purchase price. Unrelated complaint, but the parts department was sitting on the part for a while until I stopped by to pick up my plates (another slight complaint, but not really important) they didn't give back to me.

Main Story
So, they were supposed to install the spoiler in one day. Nope, didn't do that. Then they call me 10 minutes later and tell me that they mis drilled the holes and the car needs to go to a body shop to get it fixed. Great...

1 week later and I finally get my car back. Thankfully the body shop did a competent job and I can't tell they drilled any holes in my trunk and blended the paint. That or they ordered a new trunk. Don't really know.

However... they didn't install the gaskets. Facepalm How incompetent can they be?
