Great forum you all have here, what an immense of collection of information! I was referred here from an unrelated site and thought I would say Hello!
I've always been a wet cartridge/gel shaver but was recently converted to DE shaving and am enjoying the experience immensely. After my first couple shaves I found I had become a little too comfortable with my new razor and experienced a few 'speed bumps' but I am slowly unlearning my bad habits and every shave has improved since.
Tomorrow I'm expecting an EJ89, EJ best badger, blade sampler and some Proraso pre/post cream and am going to use these along with my MWF for awhile, even with my troubles getting a good MWF lather.
My referrer (also the one who opened my eyes to this new found world, thank you!) hooked me up with a soap stick variety pack that I'm excited for and also have a sampler pack coming from a natural line. I think I may have a slight problem already because I also picked up a 34c and awesome little case for my EJ89 but the wife doesn't know about those yet ![Wink Wink]()
I look forward to learning from all of you and hope that I can one day contribute to someone else. Best of shaves!
