Solid brass Joris with smooth handle

I've owned a number of Joris razors with a variety of handle materials, including wood, horn, resin (or lacquered) and metal (or solid brass).

I found the balance of the all metal version provided me with a better shave than the others so I sold the rest.

With the launch of the new Plisson website I observed a smooth handled version of the solid brass and was wondering if anyone owns or has handled one?

I'm concerned it may be too slippery.

The other 3 solid brass Joris razors I own are all textured and therefore have good grip. Being a heavy razor (on account of the solid brass) I would not be comfortable using it if it were likely to easily slip from my hand. They are too expensive to drop!
