Does this ever happen to you? (I hope not)

You get that old, used razor you bought online...open the package and tear it out of there...just to realize..wait..what...?

...there's a razor blade still in the razor....

Very much an accident waiting to happen and I don't know if this is because of laziness of the seller or just not knowing anything about what they are selling.
