Sanch Custom Leather

First of all I would like to thank Phil and everyone here at The Shave Nook for having me and allowing me to be part of this wonderful community! I have been contemplating offering some hand crafted leather cases for DE razors since I posted the pic of the one that I made for myself posted in the following pic..

I have currently spent 21.5 hours total time on my first run of cases the run is a small run of 8 cases. The design has changed slightly in that the case was widened by 1/4" and the interior is now a 2 piece design with a semi hidden stitch separation between the handle space and the head/blade compartment. The outer cover of the cases are 12oz veg tanned leather, the interior is a combination of 5-6oz veg tanned leather and 4oz veg tanned leather. All dyes are professional grade alcohol based Fiebings leather dye and the stitching will done by hand (saddle stitched) using waxed nylon thread not waxed linen thread. The following pix are progress pics and will continue to be updated as the run is completed. I am at the stage of dying and getting ready for assembly. Colors will be earth tones varying from Cordovan (deep brown) to russet (lighter brown) and I plan to do some sunburst dyed as well.
