so I may be going to Japan soon...I didn't want to use the tin soulless DE case I re-purposed (altoids tin) even though it looks cool and holds 2 DE's....So I kinda had one of these ![Lightbulb]( "Lightbulb")
I'm a LEATHER WORKER duh moments and came up with...tada!!!

details the outer flap is 10-12oz oil tanned leather with a gummed flesh side (will not use again edges tend to not want to take a slick look and feel not my preference) The interior is veg tanned 4-5oz (if I make another, which I will it will be the same as the exterior 10-12oz approx. 1/8th inch thick. Process: the interior is wet/vacuum molded and hand formed (boned) the stitching is done by hand using 2 needles and heavy waxed nylon thread the holes are made by an awl (saddle stitched) enjoy the pix and as always any and all comments are greatly appreciated!!!
