Gear for my 13 year old nephew

My nephew is starting to shave and is having terrible break outs. He was telling me how much burn he had shaving the little stubble he has with a cart. This is the setup we found at the Walgreen's around the corner from their house. Have a DE I'm going to send to him shortly. Since we're a few states away, I wanted to be sure to help him while I was there for a few days!
