The second of three razors I've recently plated.
Drilling out the pins reduces the chance of me cracking the scales and if I do it right the drill bit centers pretty much down the pin and the scales just fall off on their own without any prying etc.
For the blade I polished out the shaft and spine and redid the grind finish on the blade as the original had.
I then plated the shaft and spine wrapping the gold around the tip.
Cleaned up the scales and she was ready to be put back together again with brass pins and washers.
