Omega Mighty Midget Wide Waist

Yesterday I received a Mighty Midget Wide Waist brush from Connaught Shaving. It's an all boar brush and cousin to the Mighty Midget (mixed badger/boar).

Last night I did Teiste's destink procedure on the brush. Then I did a couple of hand lather test drives using this video as a guide. As in the video, lather built quickly with both Cella and RazoRock Moroccan Secret.

Today I gave it a whirl. WOW what a brush. I love that little pig. Feels great against the face. Builds lather quickly face lathering with Cella - even faster than the Omega #49 I've used daily for the last 3.5 months. Held enough lather for 3 full passes + spot clean ups.

My brush experience is limited. I've only used two brushes: the #49 and the Mighty Midget Wide Waist. That said, I would encourage people to give it a try. Its a great brush, especially compared to the #49, and will be my new daily brush
