King Cutlery Works Double Temper

Another straight up restoration trying to keep the factory look.
Matched the factory texture on the blade. And was able to keep the etch intact.
The pins are much like you'd find on an Ivory scaled razor. There are not washers and just a half round button. I tried several approaches to duplicate this and settled on my final solution. A pin WITH a washer as you see here. In the first shots you can see the original pins. And my close up you can see my results. With the razor in hand you can't tell,, but the magnified photos do reveal some of the process.
The logo on the scales was kept, though it wasn't a good impression from the start.
But the colors , especially on the inside are just very neat.
