"The" Wee Scot

What could I possibly say about the Wee Scot that has not already been said? Best thing I could come up with is dynamite in a small package. What a fantastic little brush.

It's not the smallest brush in existence but it is the smallest brush in the Simpsons line of brushes and actually, the original Wee Scot 1 was smaller than the latest version.

This little beauty is loaded with Simpsons Best Badger hair and it does not disappoint. It is a workhorse.

It really makes no difference how you use it, whether it be face lathering from a small scuttle,

to building lather in a large scuttle.

Either way it will build enough quality lather for an easy 3-pass shave.

Due to its size, it is one of my favorite travel brushes and it fits nicely in one of the Simpsons Travel Tubes.

Everyone should own at least one Wee Scot in their lifetime. If not, you are missing out on pure enjoyment.

Below are a few quotes from Gary Young, Nephew to the founder Alex Simpson.

1929 - The 'Wee Scot' being added, although Wee Scot brushes had been made since 1919.

The actual oldest brush design still in production is the Wee Scot.

The Wee Scot was the brush that Uncle Alex thought optimized Simpson brushes which is why he added his signature.
