Knot with hooked tips

I am looking to create a brush handle myself and am interested to find a knot that has hooked tips.

I hope I am not looking for unicorns here, I have read somewhere that TGN Finest sometimes become hooked and gel-like, but it's not my experience with a 26mm XH TGN Finest.

Is anyone aware of a manufacturer that sells this kind of knot?
