Heading to Denver, any quick cool stops or eateries?

Hey all,

I'm heading up to Denver for the first time in the morning. Three friends/colleagues and I are going to to be part of an anthropology conference in which I will be presenting a paper from a project we worked on last year.

While a majority of our time will likely be spent at the conference and the natural history museum, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for neat places to potentially stop by or favorite places to eat!
