George Packwood 1820s wedge

Gentlemen, George Packwood's fame rested on his strops and an uncanny flair for business and advertising. He also produced razors. Or, rather, had them produced under his name. This razor may have been produced by one of the great Sheffield razor manufacturer, who knows?
The razor dates, probably, from the 1820s. It is fully restored in horn. It's a 6/8 smiling wedge with a Spanish point, thumb notch and stub tail. And it's in perfect condition, with tight pins and a blade that closes center. Of course, it is a superb shaver, and is shave ready. The price of $225 includes U.S. shipping.
