I've been on the fence about complaining publicly. I try not to rush into things like these, because it might tarnish someones reputation, it might cause a business to lose sales, it might simply make someones day unpleasant, or all of the above.
I am just talking out loud because I am tired of taking to myself about it. So, how do you make a right decision - complain or not? There are so many variables that it is hard to be 100% sure.
To me, complaining is not just "letting out some steam", it's also a way to prevent someone from making the same mistake, making them aware of possible outcome.
Ultimately, I am swinging towards complaining only to warn others and not for any other reason, since it will not help my situation anyway.
