Shave Like An Egyptian???

So, I have a Lord Smart razor, Lord Emofresh SC and Shark Super Chrome blades. Like all those products and use them somewhat regularly. These items give me very nice comfortable shaves

But what else would our Egyptian friends use?? What type brush? Balms? A/S or colognes?
