Beginner friendly razor on a budget

Hello, I'm 16 years old and have been using the Gillette Mach 3 for most of the shaving but now I'm thinking of going for a safety razor because of the cheaper blads. Therefor I was wondering what razors you would recommend for me. Right now I got very mild beard growing at a slow rate but I want to be able to use it for a long time. Even after I get rougher beard. The last problem is the price, I want spend between 15 and 35 dollar leaving razors like Edwin jagger de98 out of the range.

I would really appreciate any suggestion aswell as tips or advice.
