A couple of years ago, I restored this Rubberset 300n with the nasty nylon knot, It got a 22mm Vulfix boar knot and was a companion to one that I did with a 2 Band TGN finest knot. My friend Jeff really liked it so I sent him the badger version (dubbed Chubbz 1) and later sent him this one (Chubbz 2) as well so he would have a set. I was remiss about it at the time, but later grew to miss it. This morning I sent a note asking if he would be willing to make a trade. He told me that I ruined his surprise as he saw a post I made a few weeks ago and was planning on sending it back to me. It really made my day.
